The Chairman and members inspected the building conditions along Ma Tau Wai Road, the project of Urban Renewal Authority in Ma Tau Wai Road/Chun Tin Street, Bulkeley Street/Baker Street/Winslow Street, and Man Tai Street in Hung Hom.

2. Site Visit to To Kwa Wan Sub-district (20/07/2011)

The Chairman and members inspected the conditions of buildings in the eight "Wan Streets", "Five Streets" and "13 Streets" areas in To Kwa Wan, and the Ex-Ma Tau Kok Animal Quarantine Depot (Cattle Depot Artist Village).

3. Site Visit to Lung Tong and Ho Man Tin Sub-districts (27/07/2011)

The Chairman and members inspected No.31-35 Hau Wong Temple New Village (Stones Houses), the building conditions along Nga Tsin Wai Road, Carpenter Road, Junction Road, Prince Edward Road West, Soares Avenue and Victory Avenue.
