Ir Dr Greg WONG Chak-yan

Ir Dr Wong possesses a PhD in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Structural Engineer.  He is a Board Member of the Ocean Park Corporation.  He was previously the President of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Vice Chairman of the Town Planning Board, a member of the Antiquities Advisory Board and the former Land and Building Advisory Committee, and a part-time member of the Central Policy Unit.

Mr James Mathew FONG

Mr Fong is a lawyer and partner of Mayer Brown JSM. He is currently a council member of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and the  Chiropractors Council, and a member of the Disciplinary Committee Panel of Social Workers Registration Board.  Mr Fong was previously a member of Legal Education Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong from 1999 to 2003 and a member of the Working Party on the Centenary Book of the Law Society of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2007.

Ms May Fung Mei Wah

Ms Fung will be Artist-in-residence with the HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity as from 1 September 2013. She was awarded the Asian Cultural Council fellowship to study video art in New York, U.S. in 1994. In 1999, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council awarded her the Art Development Fellowship for video installation art. She has been a juror for the Hong Kong Independent Short Film and Video Awards for several years. She is currently an independent art worker for video art/administration/education/curating/ commentary and examiner of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.

Mr HO Hin Ming

Mr Ho is an elected District Council member of Kowloon City District.  He is currently the Chairman of the Kowloon City District Council Housing and Infrastructure Committee and Vice-chairman of the Kowloon City Lung Tong Area Committee. He is also a member of the Appeal Board under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance and the Kowloon City District Anti-Crime Committee.

Reverend HOR Yiu-man

Rev Hor is a registered social worker,  the Pastor of Tsz Kwong Bethel Church and General Secretary of Tsz Kwong Community Service Link.  He is currently a member of the Kowloon City District Fight Crime Committee and the Kowloon City Youth Activity Committee. He was awarded the Chief Executive’s Commendation Award for Community Service in 2006 and the Good Citizen Award in 2005.

Ms Christine Kwok Mun Yee

Ms Kwok is a registered social worker and the Service Supervisor of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Kowloon City Children and Youth Integrated Service Centre - Jockey Club Youth Express. She is now a member of the Kowloon City District Fight Crime Committee, the Kowloon City Lung Tong Area Committee, the Kowloon City District Youth Committee and the Kowloon City & Yau Tsim Mong District Co-ordinating Committee on Family & Child Welfare Service.

Mr Daniel Lau King Shing

Mr Lau is a surveyor by profession, and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He is currently the Director (Development and Marketing) of the Hong Kong Housing Society. In terms of public services, he is also an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, which he has been serving for more than 15 years.

Mr Timothy MA Kam-wah

Mr Ma is a registered social worker, fellow of certified risk planner (ICRM) and the Executive Director of the Project Flame – Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship @ City U.  He is currently a member of the Town Planning Board and the Elderly Commission.  He was a former member of the Guardianship Board and was awarded the Outstanding Social Worker Award by Hong Kong Social Workers Association in 1999, the Chief Executive's Commendation for Community Service in 2000 and the  Justice of the Peace in 2012.

Sr Dr Lawrence Poon Wing Cheung

Sr Dr Poon is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice). He is a Senior Lecturer of the Division of Building Science and Technology of the City University of Hong Kong. He is currently a member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel under the Buildings Ordinance, Appeal Board Panel under the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and Surveyors Registration Board. He is also a General Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and was appointed Justice of the Peace in 2013.

Ms Peggy Poon Wing Yin

Ms Poon is a registered social worker, and the Centre-in-charge of Heung Hoi Ching Kok Lin Association Buddhist Ho Wong Cheong Po Neighbourhood Elderly Centre. She is also a member of the Kowloon City To Kwa Wan Area Committee and the Appeal Board Panel under the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance.

Ms SIU Yuen-sheung

Ms Siu is an elected District Council member of Kowloon City District.  She is currently a member of the Community Building and Social Services Committee of Kowloon City District, the Kowloon City District Advisory Committee of the Urban Renewal Authority, and the Kowloon City Hung Hom Area Committee.  She is also the Chairman of the Association of Buildings of Hok Yuen District of Hung Hom, and the Incorporated Owners' Committee of Shung Tze House.

Professor TANG Bo Sin

Professor Tang teaches urban planning and land development in the Department of Urban Planning and Design at the University of Hong Kong. He was previously the Chairman of the Hong Kong Planners’ Registration Board. He is now a Chairman of the Estate Agents Ordinance Appeal Panel and a member of the Kowloon City District Advisory Committee of the Urban Renewal Authority.

Mr Wen Choy Bon

Mr Wen was previously an elected District Council member of Kowloon City District.  He is now the Chairman of the Kowloon City District Sports Association.  He is also the Honorary President of To Kwa Wan Kai Fong Welfare Association, the Chairman of the Federation of Organisations for Building in To Kwa Wan District and a member of the Kowloon City District Advisory Committee of the Urban Renewal Authority.

Ms Connie Wong Wai Ching

Ms Wong is an appointed District Council member of Kowloon City District and a member of Kowloon City Lung Tong Area Committee. She is the Managing Director of Wong Sun Hing Limited, and the President of the Kowloon Federation of Associations and the Federation of Hong Kong Guangxi Community Organizations.  Ms Wong has been appointed a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since October 2010 and is the Standing Member of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
